I’ve been in the cadets for almost 5 years now, I was at 101 (Kenton & Kingsbury) Squadron for four-and-a-half of those and have recently transferred to 2236 (Stanmore) Squadron. I’ve had the opportunity to do so many amazing things which I wouldn’t have had if I wasn’t in cadets. I’ve played rugby and football for Middlesex, and rugby for London and the South East. I’ve been on loads of camps and done so much, climbing, assault courses, caving, to name a few. I’ve completed my silver Duke of Edinburgh and after Ghana should have completed my Gold as well. Every year in the cadets I find some new amazing activity to participate in last year it was long distance walking, this year it’s Ghana and I’m sure next year it’ll be something else.
Outside Cadets I go to Woodhouse College in North Finchley and am doing my A-Levels, once completed I’m hoping to go to University before joining the RAF as an Engineer Officer.
Finally I can’t wait to go to Ghana for an experience of a life time!!!
