Where do I begin? I have been in the corps for about a year and a half (give or take) and loving every minute of it! I am in 2236 (Stanmore) Squadron. So far I have got my bronze Duke of Edinburgh’s Award and I am half way through my silver. I have been to loads of camps including RAF Leeming and the New Forest, and adopted too many nicknames to mention - I think the latest one is G.I. Barbie. I am into cadets, music and sports; so far I have received four wing blues in shooting, netball, cross country and swimming.
At the moment I go to St Michaels RC High School and am studying my GCSEs. This expedition will hopefully give me life experience that school can’t teach. I am most looking forward to the rainforest trek because it is going to be amazing! Much like the rest of the expedition, I can’t wait!
